These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.leapassociation.com (the “Site”), as well as all related services, content, tools, and products offered by LEAP Association, Inc. (“LEAP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to:

• Executive coaching and consulting services

• Leadership and team training programs

• Online courses and digital resources

• E-commerce store (apparel, books, and merchandise)

• Member-only portal (LEAP LINC)

• Free workshops (e.g., LifeLift™, LEAP-through-Lunch™)

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By registering or purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

Certain Services (e.g., LEAP LINC Member Portal, online store, event registration) require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain the security of your password and account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, workshop handouts, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of LEAP Association, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

• Resell or commercially exploit any LEAP materials

• Use LEAP’s trademarks (e.g., “LifeLift™,” “LEAP-through-Lunch™”) without authorization

Exception: You may download and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Coaching & Training Services

a. Nature of Services

Our coaching and training programs are educational and developmental, not therapeutic, medical, or clinical. LEAP does not provide psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare services.

b. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we strive for transformative results, we do not guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes. Your success depends on your active participation and commitment.

c. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you complete your first paid coaching session or training workshop and do not feel it provided value, you may request a full refund within 7 days.

• Free events (LifeLift™, LEAP-through-Lunch™) are provided “as is” with no refund obligation.

• Digital products (e-books, workbooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

d. Cancellation Policy

• Coaching sessions: Reschedule or cancel with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged.
• Corporate workshops: Full refund if canceled 14+ days before the event; 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days prior; no refund within 6 days.

5. E-Commerce Store

a. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and change product information at any time.

b. Shipping & Returns

• Physical items (apparel, books): Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

c. Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-compliant gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate LEAP or any other person/organization
• Interfere with Site security or functionality

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, social media, event platforms). These links are for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAP ASSOCIATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAP ASSOCIATION, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEAP Association, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your:

• Use of the Site or Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
